Entity and role

The Lead Strategic Advisor · Higher Education is being established as an independent, non-profit, public-purpose organisation. Its role is that of initiator, concept developer, strategic and master planning advisor, Founding Member Search coordinator, public–private partnership advisor and institutional development advisor.

The Lead Strategic Advisor is not the future owner, promoter, operator or beneficiary of the proposed University Campus. That campus is intended to be developed, owned and governed by an independent Section 8 not-for-profit institution that has not yet been incorporated.

The Project Office operates from Bharat Future City, Telangana, India.

Registration status — proposed

Registration as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013 is PROPOSED. It is not yet completed.

No registration number, incorporation date, tax-exemption status or regulatory approval is claimed on this website. Any such particulars will be published here only once granted, and will be independently verifiable.

What is not claimed

To avoid any misunderstanding by government officials, funders or institutional partners, The Lead Strategic Advisor explicitly does not claim any of the following at this stage:

• Government approval, sanction, allotment of land, or policy endorsement of any kind
• Any executed partnership, memorandum of understanding or agreement with any government, university, company or institution
• Any board of directors, advisory council, patron, trustee or founding member beyond the founder and Project Office
• Any donor, funder, grant, investment commitment or philanthropic pledge — none is sought and none is accepted at this stage
• Any accreditation, affiliation, or authority to offer admission, degrees or qualifications
• Any statutory clearance, environmental approval or land acquisition of any kind
• Any incorporated institution to own, develop or govern the university campus

The future institution

The independent Section 8 not-for-profit institution intended to develop, own and govern the proposed University Campus has NOT been incorporated. It does not exist today.

The Lead Strategic Advisor is identifying prospective Founding Members through the Founding Member Search. That future institution will determine its own official name, governance structure, founding charter, board composition and long-term development strategy, and will be independent of The Lead Strategic Advisor.

Status of the proposed University Campus

The University Campus is a PROPOSED long-term concept at the planning stage, focused exclusively on Telangana, at a proposed location inside the Bharat Future City. All masterplans, phasing, school structures, financial models and imagery published on this site are conceptual and indicative.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation of investment, securities, donation, employment, or admission to any educational programme. The Lead Strategic Advisor does not run a fundraising campaign and does not request funds from any party.
