Status and role of the organisation

The organisation operates under the name ANCONS International Foundation. Registration as a Section 8 Company is proposed and has not been completed. No registration number is published on this site because none has been issued.

ANCONS acts as initiator, concept developer, strategic and master planning advisor, Founding Member Search coordinator, public–private partnership advisor and institutional development advisor. It is not the future owner, promoter, operator or beneficiary of the Dream Educational City – Telangana.

Until registration is completed, ANCONS should be understood as an organisation in formation, operating from a Project Office in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Status of the concept

The Dream Educational City – Telangana is a proposed long-term concept at the concept and planning stage, focused exclusively on Telangana. Land, statutory approvals, financing and institutional partners are not in place.

The independent Section 8 institution intended to develop, own and govern the city has not been incorporated and does not exist today. Prospective Founding Members are being identified through the Founding Member Search.

All figures, phasing, school structures, masterplan concepts and visualisations published on this site are illustrative planning material and are subject to change through review, feasibility work and statutory process.

No government endorsement

Nothing on this site should be read as an approval, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation of or by the Government of India, the Government of Telangana, or any public authority, university, company or foundation. The Founding Member Search is independent and carries no official status. Where a relationship exists in future, it will be stated explicitly and dated.

Imagery

Renderings and diagrams shown on this site are aspirational concept imagery created to communicate intent. They are not architectural proposals, approved designs or site-specific plans. They will be replaced by masterplan drawings once that stage is complete.

No offer and no fundraising

This site does not constitute an offer or solicitation of investment, donation, employment, admission, or any contractual commitment, and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. ANCONS is not conducting a fundraising campaign, is not seeking donations and is not recruiting members.
